Our services cover everything from high surfaces to appliances, dishes to trash removal, and windows to mirrors—no detail is overlooked. Beyond the basics, we specialize in detailed cleaning tasks such as: • Stove and Oven Renewal/Cleaning: We thoroughly clean your stove, oven, and stovetop burners, removing grease, grime, and food residue, and restoring shine and sparkle to surfaces and components. (1 unit per session) • Hard Water Build-Up Removal: We remove mineral deposits and stains from faucets, showerheads, sinks, and tiles, leaving them spotless and sparkling. • Toaster Oven and Air Fryer Cleaning: We soak and scrub the racks and deep clean toaster ovens and air fryers, removing residue and grease for optimal performance and a sparkling finish. (1 unit per session) • Microwave Cleaning: We deep clean your microwave, eliminating food splatters, odors, and grease, leaving it fresh, sanitized, and sparkling. (1 unit per session) • Kitchen Cabinet and Drawer Organization and Cleaning: We clean and organize the contents of your cabinets and drawers, removing crumbs, stains, and clutter, giving them a sparkling, organized appearance. • Refrigerator Cleanse and Clean: We thoroughly clean the inside of your fridge, soaking and scrubbing shelves and drawers to remove expired food, stains, and odors, restoring its sparkle and freshness. Deep Cleaning Service Policy Thank you for choosing Sparkling Saige for your deep cleaning needs! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. 1. Service Overview Our deep cleaning services go above and beyond standard cleaning, ensuring every detail and corner of your space is perfected. Services include: ❇ Appliances: ❇ Refrigerator: Interior and exterior cleaning, with the option to discard expired or moldy food upon request (freezer not included). ❇ Microwave: Thorough cleaning inside and out. ❇ Oven: Interior, rack, and exterior cleaning. ❇ Stove Top: Scrubbing and degreasing. ❇ Trash Removal: Collection and disposal of household trash (bags under 50 lbs). ❇ Dishes: Washed, dried, and put away ($25 per extra load). ❇ Window Cleaning: Interior glass cleaning for a streak-free finish. ❇ High Dusting: Dusting elevated, hard-to-reach areas as part of our deep cleaning service. 2. Pricing Our pricing reflects directly to what is listed on Sparklingsaige.com. Note;Specialty cleans, require approval by cleaner and quote for service. 3. Preparation Guidelines To help us serve you better, we ask that you: ❇ Clear surfaces where possible to allow thorough cleaning. ❇ Inform us in advance of any allergies or specific cleaning product preferences. If no instructions are provided, we will use our standard cleaning products. 4. Terms and Conditions ❇ Time Estimates: The length of service is limited to 2 hours minimum for Deep Clean ❇ Special Requests: Any additional services beyond the standard list must be pre-approved. ❇ Trash Removal: Bulky or oversized items may incur an additional fee. ❇ Window Cleaning: Limited to interior glass; screens, tracks, and exterior surfaces are not included unless specified. 5. Payment ❇ Payment is due at or before the time of service. ❇ Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. 6. Cancellation Policy ❇ Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee will apply for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service. Please provide notice as early as possible to avoid this fee. 8. Customer Satisfaction ❇ Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any concerns. 9. Liability ❇ Sparkling Saige is not responsible for any damages, including pre-existing damage, that may occur during the cleaning process.
