Suds & Sort Laundry Services Our Suds & Sort service takes the hassle out of laundry with three levels to match your needs. Whether you just need a basic wash and dry, prefer your clothes folded and ready to go, or want the full experience—including folding, putting clothes away, sorting by room or family member, and even bed-making—we’ve got you covered. We handle your laundry with care so you can enjoy fresh, organized results every time. Choose the level of service that best suits your needs: ❇ Essential – Wash & Dry: $10.00 Perfect for when you just need the basics. We wash and dry your laundry with care and efficiency. ❇ Deluxe – Wash, Dry & Fold: $35.00 Get the added convenience of professionally folded laundry, ready to be put away. ❇ Premium – Wash, Fold & Sort: $65.00 Our most comprehensive service. We wash, fold, put clothes away, make beds, and sort your laundry by room, family member, or your preferred method.
Cancellation Policy
Laundry Service Policy Thank you for choosing Sparkling Saige for your laundry needs! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. 1. Service Overview: We offer laundry services directly at your home, including washing, drying, folding, and optional add-on services such as putting away clothes or bed-making. All services are priced per load. 2. Pricing: Essential-Wash & Dry: $8 per load Deluxe-Wash, Dry & Fold: $23.33 per load Premium-Wash, Fold & Sort: $38.50 per load (Available for returning customers) Additional Services: Prices may vary for special requests, such as bed-making or delicate item care. 3. Service Area: Our laundry services are performed at your home. We do not provide laundry services at other locations. 4. Service Time: Turnaround time for laundry service is typically 0-48 hours, depending on the volume of laundry. 5. Return Policy: Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for any damage or loss of laundry items. Please ensure items are suitable for washing and drying. Special Instructions: If your items have specific care instructions, please inform us in advance to ensure they are handled accordingly. 6. Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly. 7. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and ensure that your laundry is handled discreetly. Any personal information provided during the service will be kept confidential. 8. Payment: Payment is due at or before the time of service. We accept; Cash, Credit/Debit card, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp. 9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, a $25 cancellation fee will apply if canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled service time. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid this fee. 10. Additional Terms: Returning Customers: To be eligible for the "Premium-Wash, Fold & Put Away" service, you must be a returning customer who has previously used any of our services (not limited to laundry).
