Service Overview Our surface cleaning service is designed to maintain a clean and polished home with a focus on specific areas. Services include: ❇ Vertical Surfaces: Wiping down walls, doors, cabinets, and light switches to remove dirt and smudges. ❇ Bathrooms: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs (limited to 2 bathrooms). ❇ Floors: Vacuuming and mopping all accessible floor areas. ❇ Dusting: Dusting all surfaces at eye level and below, including furniture, shelves, and baseboards. ❇ Trash Removal: Small household trash removal (bags under 50 lbs). 2. Pricing ❇ Flat Fee: $107.33 for up to 2 bathrooms. ❇ Additional Rooms: $31 per additional room, which includes one room and one bathroom. 3. Service Area We proudly provide surface cleaning services at your location. Please ensure all areas requiring cleaning are accessible at the scheduled time. 4. Preparation Guidelines To help us serve you better, we ask that you: ❇ Clear surfaces where possible to allow thorough cleaning. ❇ Inform us in advance of any allergies or specific cleaning product preferences. If no instructions are provided, we will use our standard cleaning products. 5. Terms and Conditions ❇ Limitations: This service does not include deep cleaning tasks such as dishwashing, high dusting, or appliance cleaning. ❇ Trash Removal: Oversized or bulky items may incur an additional fee. 6. Payment ❇ Payment is due at or before the time of service. ❇ Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. 7. Cancellation Policy ❇ Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee will apply for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service. Please provide notice as early as possible to avoid this fee. 8. Customer Satisfaction Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any concerns. 9. Liability Sparkling Saige is not responsible for any damages, including pre-existing damage, that may occur during the cleaning process.
